Eligibility Window
Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of your purchase. Unfortunately, if 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Digital Product Policy
Given the nature of downloadable products, we do not accept returns of any downloadable products once the sale is completed, and the product is sent. This ensures the integrity of our products and prevents the unauthorized distribution of digital content.
Refund Process
For refund eligibility, products must not have been downloaded or accessed. If you encounter issues with accessing or downloading your purchase, or if there are defects in the product itself, please contact us immediately.
Upon receiving your request and reviewing the circumstances, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Sale Items
Only regularly priced items may be considered for a refund. Unfortunately, items purchased on sale or with a promotional code cannot be refunded.
